Following the success of our delivery service, Click & Collect is now also available at The Bay Fish & Chips as part of our phase 2 of reopening.
Browse our menu, choose your items, pay for your order and select a time to collect. It’s as simple as that!
To help enforce social distancing measures and to keep our team and customers safe, we’ve set up our online ordering system to ensure no more than 3 people should be outside The Bay to collect their orders at any time.
On arrival, you’ll be able to see three clear markers on the pavement outside our shop, each two metres apart. We ask you to please respect social distancing and stand on these when waiting to collect your order.

How do I place my order?
1. Visit menus.preoday.com/The-Bay or download our app ‘The Bay Fish Click & Collect’
2. Choose your food and any sides or drinks.
3. Select your required date and time.
4. Proceed to checkout and pay online.
5. Please come to our Takeaway at the time given on your order and one of our team will be at the window to greet you.
6. Grab your bag of Award Winning food from The Bay and enjoy!
Can I choose the date/time to collect my order?
Yes, you can choose your best time and date within our opening times, and now, you can also choose between click & collect and our delivery service.

But please note, to ensure we can give you the best possible service, our times and dates may vary week to week depending on supplier and customer demand. Please keep checking in on our social platforms for more information and our latest updates.
Can I order in person at the counter?
Due to the current pandemic and safety issues, we want to ensure that we keep both our customers and staff as safe as possible so at present, we are unable to take orders at the counter or allow customers into the shop.
If you are passing and want to order and collect, please check online for any spare click and collect slots, take a note of your pick up time and you will then be able to collect your order from our window when it is ready. You can also order online for delivery if this is easier for you.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are not able to take any phone orders at this time and it may be very difficult for us to answer the phone during busy times. We have put in place a very easy and convenient online ordering system for you to use though.
It’s not letting me place my order online?
If you are unable to place your order via the website or app, unfortunately this means that all of our allocated slots are now full. We have a limited number of slots available per day to ensure efficiency of production, but we hope we can serve your needs another day so please check back and we look forward to serving you then.
What if I have made a mistake, can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once the order has been processed and payment has been taken, we are unable to make any amendments during this busy time. Please take your time when ordering to ensure everything is right for you.
Will you be offering gluten free fish and chips for click & collect?
Yes! We are still offering gluten free options. Please check our menu online.
What about adding salt, vinegar or lemon to my order?
When ordering your food, you have the option of choosing salt, vinegar and lemon that we can add on for you or you can leave your food plain and/or click the option to request your own condiment sachets too.
Please take your time and check your requirements before clicking “pay” as this cannot be changed once the order has gone through.
