The Bay and Outlander cast raised £2500 for charity
The Bay is over the moon with the results of the exclusive Outlander whisky bottle auction.
To celebrate the new Outlander series which is out now, The Bay teamed up with the cast to auction a fully signed bottle of whisky from Outlander star, Sam Heughan, from his very own distillery brand, Sassenach Spirits.
The whisky bottle auctioned at £900 with our top bidder, Jógvan Hansen taking the prize home. What’s more, an anonymous second bidder matched this price for a second bottle, bringing the total to £1,900!
This, combined with our 10p bag donations across February and March, has brought the grand total to an impressive £2,500!
All proceeds will now be donated to Finlay’s Fund. This charity is dedicated to supporting Finlay Sangster and his family overcome the challenges of Cerebral Palsy and is one we have loved working with.
Thank you to everyone who placed a bid and helped raise money for Finlay’s Fund. This money will contribute to Finlay’s quality of life.
