Phil and Sonja’s attention was brought to The Bay after spotting our award-winning fish and chip shop in Lonely Planet’s Ultimate Eat List.
“We had to speak to them!” Say Phil and Sonja in the article, which covers topics such as how The Bay began and what other people commonly assume about running a multi-award-winning fish and chip business according to Calum.
Calum reveals: “People think it’s easy to maintain such high levels of quality and that it’s only fish and chips. The truth is – it is a lot of hard work, rewarding but hard!”
