Sustainably Sourced Fish & Local Produce
We’re putting sustainable, locally-sourced fish and chips at the top of our menu. Every meal is made with the freshest, sustainably sourced ingredients from local suppliers we know and trust. From responsibly caught fish to locally grown potatoes, our commitment to quality and sustainability is at the heart of every order.

Our Fish: Fresh, Local, and Sustainable
Our fish comes straight from the North Sea, caught from certified sustainable stocks in partnership with the Marine Conservation Society.
We’re proud to be the UK’s first fish and chip shop with Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Chain of Custody certification, ensuring each haddock fillet we serve is fully traceable and sustainably sourced.

Catch of the Day

Our Chips: Locally
Our famous Bay chips are made with premium potatoes such as Maris Piper and Markies; grown from the locally grown seeds in the potato-rich soil of Cambridgeshire (check out specials board for today’s farm and variety). This helps us to serve up our famous Bay chips year in, year out, with the same delicious results. Each batch is thick-cut to reduce oil absorption, making them a tastier choice, and all potatoes are chipped daily by ‘The Real Chips company’.

Quality Cooking Oil
We use high oleic sunflower oil, known for its low saturated fat content and additive-free purity, to achieve the perfect golden crunch with every chip.
All you need to do is add a touch of salt and vinegar.
